FAQs
What Makes True Colors Studio Different?
How is True Colors Studio different from Color Me Mine?
Traditional studios like Color Me Mine focus on ceramic painting that requires firing and return visits. True Colors Studio was created to offer a faster, more accessible experience. Our parties are designed so guests create something personal and take it home the same day—no kiln wait, no second trip, and no pressure to make something “perfect.”
Do you require any art experience?
Not at all. True Colors Studio is built specifically for people who don’t consider themselves artists. There are no classes to keep up with and no expectations—just curiosity and the freedom to create at your own pace.
Do guests really take their creations home the same day?
Yes. Every guest leaves the party with a finished piece in hand. No waiting days or weeks, and no need to come back later.
Do you have a physical studio location?
Not yet. You’ve found True Colors Studio at a very early stage. Right now, we operate as a mobile experience and bring everything needed directly to your chosen location. A permanent studio space is part of our long-term vision.
Is True Colors Studio only for kids’ parties?
Not at all. While our experiences are great for kids’ birthdays, we also host parties for teens, adults, families, and teams. The experience is designed to be welcoming for all ages and skill levels.
What kind of space do I need to host a party?
You don’t need to provide anything beyond the space itself. We bring the tables, materials, and supplies needed to run the party. As long as there’s enough room for everyone to create comfortably, we’ll handle the rest.
Why is True Colors Studio more affordable than traditional studios?
Because we don’t require kiln firing, studio overhead, or multiple visits. That allows us to focus on what matters most: a fun, meaningful creative experience that’s quicker and more accessible.
Is this a guided class or a free-create experience?
It’s intentionally relaxed. Guidance is always available, but guests are encouraged to explore and create in their own way. There’s no “right” or “wrong” outcome.
How do I book a party?
Text, Call, Message, or Email me I'm still getting the exact specifications down for a party and until then I want to make sure you have the best experience possible. So until I find what works best for most people, let's talk and we'll figure it out together.
